Started outsourcing HVAC jobs at school

I don’t mean to gloat, but I would say that I am a bit of a natural businessman.

When I was a little kid I would routinely start small neighborhood businesses and get all of the local kids to work for me. I would easily outsource positions for candy bar sellers and lawn mowers. As a result, I was pretty good at saving up cash from a young age. As I got older, I realized that outsourcing was the best way to earn an income. Even when I started attending the local heating, cooling, and air quality control certification program, I knew that I should tap into the skills of my fellow classmates more than I should focus on my own HVAC repair skills. Don’t get me wrong, I was interested in learning how forced air furnaces and boiler systems worked. I always had a knack for fiddling with air conditioning units and mini split ductless heating systems. However, I also realized that it was better to be the owner of the heating, cooling, and air quality control companies than to be the HVAC technician who did all the dirty work. As such, I spent as much time focusing on my own heating and cooling repair services as I spent talking to my classmates about their plans for employment after graduating from the HVAC certification program. By the time we were all licensed heating, cooling, and air quality control workers, I already had a fleet of HVAC technicians that I was sending to local heating and cooling repair jobs. First, I lined up my dedicated heating and cooling workers – next, I’m going to buy an actual HVAC repair shop.
