My teenagers are totally driving me insane! If it’s not one thing with them, it’s another, they are often looking for new ways to bother me.
Last week, they broke the huge window in the residing room with a baseball and it is going to cost a small fortune to get it fixed.
Right now, it’s just boarded up with a piece of plywood. This week, the weather was easily cooling off and so I had turned up the temperature on the temperature control to actually warm the dwelling up. The temperature control worked great and the air came pouring through the heating vents… However, it seemed as though the heating appliance wasn’t coming out upstairs for some peculiar reason. The heating appliance was running, however for some bizarre reason none of the upstairs rooms were getting any warmer in the slightest. I started to wonder what the reason could possibly be, and all of the little ones were complaining that it was too frigid in their rooms. Well, I couldn’t figure it out for a long while and then we just happened to go into my youngest’s room and see him shoving something strange down into the heating duct. He had taken the cover off of the heating vent and stuffed all kinds of blankets and stuffed creatures down there! Then I was able to learn that all of his siblings had done the same exact thing! It was no wonder that the heating appliance wasn’t working upstairs. I am very happy that I didn’t call the Heating & Air Conditioning corporation and pay them money to do a heating repair. It turned out that all we had to do was get the vents cleared out.
