I have been in a lot of apartments before, i have dealt with the property owner directly & gone through a property management dealer, and occasionally property management services are amazing.
You call or text a woman that sends all your concerns directly to the owner, this woman is respectfully really friendly & nice.
They get back to myself and others suddenly & a licensed corporation or handyman is sent to our house to do the repair. Other times the property management supplier is no good. This is usually where it is hard to get someone on the PC; When I do, the woman is rude to myself and others & I recognize like our concerns are being ignored. I had 1 house that was falling to pieces, at first I called about every little thing. I called about a leaking dishwasher, broken stove, dryer overheating & the ice maker not working… No handyman or general maintenance maintenance was called for. I had to do it on our own. When major problems started happening I was a little more persistent with the property management dealer. I called about the A/C system not providing enough cooling, then mold was forming in our house & I couldn’t conflict back against it. There was also water leaking from our ceiling & causing disfigure to the roof. The property management supplier did nothing about it. I recognize exhausting because the owner of the building is going to have a lot of disfigure because she hired the wrong property management service, however she will need to replace most of her roof now.
