The HVAC took a dive last fall.
And it came at the most inopportune time.
Actually, the HVAC didn’t so much take a dive as a big problem was found in the gas oil furnace when they came out to do the heating service. Thankfully, the air conditioner held out through the Summer as the people I was with and I didn’t get the cooling system tune-up care about normal. The Covid craziness saw to that. I was concerned all Summer that the HVAC cooling was going to be off when I came house from work. However, it honestly helped that the people I was with and I were so intent on doing with as little HVAC cooling last Summer as possible to save cash. Lightening the load on the HVAC cooling easily didn’t hurt when it came to helping the cooling system get through the summer. That’s when just as I was letting out a sigh of relief over the air conditioner that I got hit with the gas oil furnace situation. I even considered talking to a acquaintance of mine who had a guy that supposedly knows HVAC. My acquaintance uses him plus at least I haven’t heard any complaints. And this guy doesn’t charge much. Thinking care about that was sort of out of character for me. I care about all my service work to be guaranteed whether it’s a car or HVAC equipment. So, I backed right off those thoughts plus simply bit the bullet. There legitimately is no substitute for an HVAC professional anyway. The gas oil furnace got fixed plus interestingly enough, it was the most efficient it had ever been with heating the new home this past winter.
