I had a skylight in the peak of our home that directed the day sun into our home. Although I enjoyed seeing the stars plus moon when I got up in the middle of the night, the day sun was blinding. Early day had the sun angling directly at our kitchen plus on the cable set. Late day sun was pointing directly to the kitchen. I would be preparing dinner plus unable to work at our bar. The sun seemed to choose me to blind. I knew I had to do something. I had been hearing a lot about window film plus I wondered if it could be applied to a skylight. I wanted it dark enough to stop the glare of the sun, however I also wanted to be able to see the stars at night. It was a beautiful sight to see when I stood at the kitchen sink plus looked up. The stars in the stars were brilliant where all of us lived plus the moon was always right there looking back at me. I called the window film supplier that had been advertising on cable. I told them what our needs were plus where I wanted the window film sited. She told me I needed sun control window film. She could put a dark shade on the skylight that would block the glare of the sun while still allowing us to look out. I was hoping that when she looked at the skylight, she would tell me it would be easy to site window film in the peak of the house.
