I suppose we all suppose that our home is as nice to others as it seems to us.
At least that’s sort of the way it seems. For me, it has been honestly difficult to entirely look at my new home without feelings in order to get it in its best shape. This new home is so full of like & memories, that it’s kind of love a member of the family. I can just relax in the heating & cooling comfort & suppose safe in my home. So it was a bit difficult to hear critical things from someone whose job it is to be objective. And I suppose I took it all a bit personal. My wife & I finally decided that now is the time to sell our home. It hurts my heart despite the fact that I have to agree that now is the time. Every one of us are no longer in a position to entirely keep it up. Plus, we need to sort of suppose about the future & now is the time to sell. But when the realtor pointed out that the Heating & A/C component needed to be upgraded prior to listing the house, I disagreed. The heating & cooling component are top of the line & have had nothing but the best Heating & A/C repair by an Heating & A/C professional since installation. And the Heating & A/C component was in superb shape. Sure, it was close to 15 years outdated but dang. I didn’t want to spend all that money on new Heating & A/C component we’d never use. The new owners could deal with getting new Heating & A/C component when the outdated Heating & A/C component gave out. Turns out, I could not have been more wrong & I we got a much higher price with the new Heating & A/C the realtor advocated .
