I assume every one of us all think that our beach house is as nice to others as it seems to us.
At least that’s sort of the way it seems.
For me, it has been very hard to easily look at my cabin without feelings in order to get it in its best shape. This cabin is so full of care about and memories, that it’s kind of like a member of the family. I can just relax in the heating and cooling comfort and assume safe in my home. So it was a bit hard to hear critical things from someone whose job it is to be objective. And I assume I took it all a bit personal. My fiance and I finally decided that now is the time to sell our home. It hurts my heart however I have to agree that now is the time. All of us are no longer in a position to easily keep it up. Plus, every one of us need to sort of think about the future and now is the time to sell. But when the realtor pointed out that the Heating & A/C unit needed to be upgraded prior to listing the house, I disagreed. The heating and cooling unit are top of the line and have had nothing however the best Heating & A/C repair by an Heating & A/C professional since installation. And the Heating & A/C unit was in fantastic shape. Sure, it was close to 15 years aged however dang. I didn’t want to spend all that money on new Heating & A/C unit we’d never use. The new owners could deal with getting new Heating & A/C unit when the aged Heating & A/C unit gave out. Turns out, I could not have been more wrong and I every one of us got a much higher price with the new Heating & A/C the realtor advocated .
