My good neighbor Bob just recently bought a more current house, however and he got a little bit of an added bonus to the home, then that was a pretty current, and free, central heating plus cooling system unit! Bob did not even have to suppose about getting heating or a/c into his lake beach house because the previous owner left the central heat plus cooling system system behind for the next owners since they were going to be buying their own current Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system.
