Protecting the air quality of our home

After the large COVID scare, I got a lot more worried about the air that I breathe.

I have a spouse with asthma, plus a many year seasoned toddler who may have breathing issues 1 afternoon herself.

Once that pandemic came along, the two of us got a little paranoid plus took the quarantine severely seriously. The two of us are taking the threat of the virus resurging legitimately seriously as well, but this time the two of us are better prepared. The two of us had our entire house re-insulated, meaning that fresh new insulation was added in the exterior walls, plus up in the attic. Then the two of us had an Heating plus A/C system upgrade, to a more energy efficient model that was better at filtering out detritus from the air. The results were multiple-fold, because the ran a lot less, plus yet the house stayed so much cooler. Also, the air was fresher plus cleaner, thanks to not 1 but many odd HEPA air filters installed in the system. There had been a thorough cleaning of the HVAC ducts plus vents, plus then clean air filters installed in many odd arenas. This ensured that the two of us had the cleanest possible air quality in our home, plus they even busy a follow up in 6 months to make sure everything was still pitch perfect! COVID is making a comeback, they say, but this time around I guess appreciate our house, plus our family, has an extra layer of protection thanks to this enhanced Heating plus A/C system. As long as the power is on, the two of us are protected, but maybe I should invest in a geothermal heat pump just in case.
