I remember Mr. Smith coming lake house to maintenance the furnace when it failed to start or the young Mr. Willy, whom I liked coming over just before summer time to finetune the Heating, Ventilation and A/C system. A year and a half on, loyal clients had ditched their services, and the corporation was becoming desperate. The current owners hastily lost their local customer base to current competitors and desperately wanted to attract people back. So they embarked on a lucrative however unrealistic campaign to see them offer Heating, Ventilation and A/C systems half the price. Many people who fell for this scam did not realize that the corporation took outdated units, revamped them, and put them on the market as new; Less than many months after purchasing and installing these units, homeowners complained that the units broke down, and also many had to start treating respiratory problems. A closer look into the issue revealed the scam leading to the corporation officials being arrested.
