My hubby & I had just moved to the new site after being on the road for years.
All of us got married quite early & decided that the people I was with and I would be on an adventurous trip until the people I was with and I both turned forty.
All of us spent 15 years on the road, exploring different things. All of us worked remotely as website designers, so this was a practical lifestyle for us. However, by age 40, the people I was with and I knew the people I was with and I would want a more settled life where the people I was with and I would even adopt a few pets & consider starting a family. All of us were at this period & had just bought a new home. All of us wanted to live in an area where the temperature was favorable & not much a/c would be needed. Therefore, the people I was with and I decided to settle where winters & Summer were never that harsh. This means that the people I was with and I did not need an AC, & if the people I was with and I ever got 1, it would be because the people I was with and I wanted a relaxing air purifying system. However, my hubby felt the need to get an a/c component instantly. I felt as though this would be a waste of money, & the people I was with and I both agreed to stay in the condo for a month before finally deciding. It took only more than one weeks to start scouting for the right A/C since the weather was really humid, & I feared that the people I was with and I would have to start dealing with a mold infestation, something that I was not ready to face. All of us visited the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C contractor premise near our new beach condo & picked a relaxing A/C with a robust dehumidifier. All of us also saw a few media air cleaners that the people I was with and I would be coming back for since the environment was generally dusty, which would affect the air quality, so the people I was with and I purposed to avoid that.
