I definitely was under the impression that with twin kids, they’d just naturally have the wish to share a room together.
I mean the Brady sisters weren’t even twins & they were alright with sharing a room.
But perhaps I was totally wrong about my twins because I take my cues on parenting from a 60’s sitcom. Seriously though, I was thinking the kids would want to share a room when the two of us bought our property so many years ago. The locale was in wonderful shape other than the heating & cooling equipment. It was past its prime & we totally had to replace that old Heating, Ventilation plus A/C equipment. But what we have now is fantastic. The Heating, Ventilation plus A/C equipment is super efficient, reliable & definitely well made. However, I learned that an existing Heating, Ventilation plus A/C component is sized to the volume of the property. When you add extra house, you can’t automatically expect that same Heating, Ventilation plus A/C equipment to manage the heating & cooling in the addition. I learned this because it became perfectly clear that the teenagers all had to have separate bedrooms in our place. That meant my wife & I had to add an addition to our property. And that addition would need it’s own Heating, Ventilation plus A/C equipment. To be entirely honest, it turned out just great to be entirely honest. The kids each have their own room as does our son. Plus, we now have a fantastic new master bedroom with our own ductless heat pump that easily handles the heating & cooling. This Heating, Ventilation plus A/C equipment technology is perfect because it’s extremely powerful & yet so efficient as well. And we actually can also control the ductless heat pump remotely.
