I can’t guess what it is about some things, however there are a couple of things that I can never remember to do, no matter how often I try.
Thankfully, most of those things are not anything really important, although I do have a few things that are essential that I simply can’t remember.
One of these tasks is to check the air conditioning filters, but i guess that I am supposed to change my Heating and A/C filter once every 8 to 10 weeks, however it very gets closer to 6 weeks with how disappointing our memory is; For a time though, I was really quite proud of myself because I was remembering most of the tasks that I was supposed to accomplish. I even made myself a short checklist, that way there was no I could forget, and after a week, I was able to go down that checklist and check off all of the chores. My neighbor Guy was going to see that day and I proudly told him how I completed all of our required tasks for the week. Guy looked at myself and others for a moment and asked what about the air conditioning filters. My grin disappeared right away as I remembered the Heating and A/C filters and how I forgot to change them out, once again. I went and grabbed the HEPA filter and changed the filter as I should have done a while ago, before I sulked back to Guy and complained a bit. One of these afternoons I am going to remember, I just hope it’s not from a very high-priced Heating and A/C maintenance bill from a heating and air conditioning dealership.
