It was weird, to tell you the truth
Make sure that you hire someone with good communication skills if you’re looking for someone to do work for your HVAC system. If you don’t, then you’re not going to have a clue what’s going on with your heating or air conditioning repairs and I promise you that you will be sorry. We learned this the hard way when we hired this guy that we had never used before to fix our furnace for us a few weeks ago. We found him through an ad in the newspaper, of all places. We figured that since he had an actual ad in the newspaper, he might be one of those old school guys who works hard but won’t charge you a small fortune. Well, come to find out, this guy will barely speak to you, even when you’re asking him a direct question about your furnace. I don’t know if he’s afraid of people or if he’s just a little bit socially awkward or what, but we couldn’t get a straight answer out of the guy the entire time he was at our house working on the heating system for us. It was weird, to tell you the truth. We didn’t even know what was wrong with the furnace and he wasn’t about to tell us. It was like he was trying to keep it a secret from us or something. And then, once he got the heating system up and running again, we got a bill in the mail for twice as much as we thought tit was going to cost!
