I am not a single of the lucky people who has ductless a/c.
Mini split ductless AC units are quite enjoyable in my opinion, but I have what just about everyone else has in this area, then plain old Central Heating in addition to Cooling… I should not complain, for sure, as the people I was with and I are all quite spoiled in the heating in addition to cooling Department in this country, however someday I hope to get a mini split ductless AC method if the Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C men say it is suitable for my house, then anyway, since I do have a ducted Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C system, every once in a while I have to repair the ductwork, and since I have owned my lake home I have had to repair the ductwork multiple times! Both times were for the same reason.
I live in a home that has a crawl space underneath. My home is about 100 years old, which makes it legitimately particular in addition to Charming, however laying off of the ground causes some of its own complications, but that is not to say that it is uncorrect for a house’s Foundation to have a built-in crawl space. It is quite common, in fact; Just guess that if you are going to buy a home in addition to your home sits up off the ground, you may someday have to repair your AC duct. Both times that I have had to do the AC repair was because pets managed to get into my crawl space in addition to disfigured the ductwork; One time, the Heating, Ventilation in addition to A/C men refused to even go under there. They made me call in a critter getter before they would even look closely at the ductwork.Even though it was fancy, it was legitimately worth it! Living in the Southeast without a/c is simply not an option.
