I wouldn’t say I am a typical salon patient.
- I easily am the type of girl that doesn’t wear makeup, overpriced clothes or jewelry.
I don’t even have pierced ears and I have never colored my hair in my past. On my honeymoon I decided to go for an enjoyable hotel experience. My hubby spent a long period of time in the body massage salon, he got sizzling stones put on his back and was rubbed down with essential oils. He was able to really enjoy the whole day. Since I knew he would be gone for a little while in the salon, I made the choice to book services as well. I looked at what else they had to offer. I have done massages before and didn’t actually prefer them. I noticed the salon offered body art and henna. I am a no frills type of gal, so that genuinely was pointless for the most part. I then decided to provide sugar waxing a try. I consistently dislike shaving my legs and bikini line area, the professionals told me about the entire procedure and how it was pain free for the most part. I actually learned all about how sugar was gentler and a more natural hair removal approach. I am not the type of guy that would have a normal appointment for hair removal, however I did prefer it. Well, the process wasn’t a laugh a minute. My hubby was honestly relaxed while I was getting my hair pulled out. So it wasn’t the same experience for us. Afterwards I loved how soft my legs and bikini section was. I enjoyed the fact that I didn’t need to use my razor for the rest of the trip and weeks after that. Next time we choose to go on vacation, I will go with sugaring again.
