One thing that both of us need here in this office where I work, it’s a modern heating and cooling system.
The air quality in this building is honestly bad and everyone complains about it all the time. It’s particularly a bad work environment when you are always worrying about whether you are going to be too boiling or too freezing while you are kneeling at your desk. I guess that it’s bad that they just can’t get it together around here to get the air quality up to speed. I mean, after all, both of us are working for a multi million dollar company and they should particularly be able to have a commercial Heating and A/C company come in and repair things for us. It’s not love they can’t afford it. It particularly makes you assume that you are not valued enough as an employee. I’m not the only one who feels love this, either. I think that several of our colleagues assume the exact same way about the heating and cooling program here. I guess it’s ridiculous that both of us have to wear our Winter coats inside the office half the time because the temperature inside is just too cold. The last time I saw anyone from the commercial Heating and A/C company here, they were just walking around shaking their heads and laughing. I absolutely saw them pointing at the air vents and the air duct in the hallway. When the commercial Heating and A/C workers are laughing at the condition of your heating and cooling program in your building, then you think it’s time to do some replaces!
