After working in the heating supplier as an Heating and A/C professional for 10 years, I was ready to open my practice, however i knew that to get a working supplier plan, I should talk to the industry experts, having information about the supplier from people who owned such a supplier would have been beneficial to me. I started with the heating serviceman at the supplier I had worked for, the meeting lasted almost more than one hours. I asked so many questions in all areas including the replacement process and the steps involved in heat pump service. I l earned a few things about setting up a supplier from my colleague including how to keep the electric gas furnace providing quality heating, but one of the things included advising customers to schedule at least 1 gas furnace/heater tune-up for the ductless heat pump every year to keep it in nice condition… After collecting a lot of information from weird heating companys, it was now upon myself and others to rest down and come up with a good supplier method for a homeowner solution. The supplier would involve dealing with weird Heating and A/C device including dual fuel systems and ductless Heating and A/C systems. I would have an Heating and A/C supplier department retailing weird Heating and A/C accessories and systems, then eventually, I planned to have several stores spread over the town. The supplier would also include a service department that would handle any heating device repairs or service. After a month of going back and forth with the plan, I was finally able to come up with a workable method for the business. The next step was to look for funding.
