It’s been a long time since I’ve made our tasty crepes at beach house and I guess it’s time again.
There are sites which sell them in our town but I guess mine taste better and are healthier, and cheaper.
My Grandma used to make them for our sibling and I. The people I was with and I would eat about 25 or so each, and she’d spend two hours making them for us. She was the best! I have a wonderful recipe that is gluten and sugar free yet tastes amazing. I enjoy to use erythritol instead of sugar since it is much better for the body. I noticed our air quality has been lower the past few nights on our ppm meter. I guess it is because they are doing construction next door on the building outside and some of the dust is getting into our house. I have a wonderful HEPA filter in our central heating device and it is actually a wonderful system to run it all day while they are laboring next door. I don’t enjoy breathing in all of that dust from the construction as it actually has a lot of chemicals in it that are not wonderful for our body. I may seem a bit paranoid about having clean air and air purification meters in our flat but I recognize that these things can cause cancer over the long haul. Any kind of pollutants that enter the body do harm and so it is best to keep them at a minimum. This is why air quality is so crucial. Now, how about some of those crepes!
