It is not different to have new year resolutions as an individual, family, or supplier plus all of us are no different. The first Monday back to toil after the December holidays was full of activity. The two of us were all running around trying to assemble our departments plus idea for the new year. The heating company was a hive of activity, and being the senior HVAC professional, I huddled up with our team to brainstorm on the new year’s strategies. After asking about the holiday activities of our team, all of us got down to toil trying to come up with beneficial strategies plus reviewing the past year. The year before, all of us had some good wins such as improving our ratings when it came to providing quality heat pump service. The two of us also managed to sell a lot of heating equipment. The most popular device was the ductless heat pump which a lot of clients seem to gravitate towards, and with wins, there are also some losses including having a shortage of heating dealers which meant that all of us had to cut down on particular tasks. After reviewing the previous year, all of us had to come up with strategies that would toil in making us a better team to deliver high-quality services. Among our products, all of us opted to add ductless HVACs to our product line. Another deliverable of the new year would be setting up new HVAC company stores around town. The two of us also decided to have our heating company training program. This program would ensure all of us have experts who would handle the upgrade of the electric heating systems plus dual-fuel systems to deliver quality heating. The two of us were determined for the homeowner’s solutions to make a handsome profit plus also make waves in the small town with our quality comprehensive furnace/heater tune-ups.
