I had been toiling in the heating company for about 5 years before our partner joined the supplier as the senior finance director.

At first, I didn’t think what toiling with her in the same supplier would be like.

A nice thing about this situation was that at least we’d not be toiling in the same department which was not supported by the HR policies of the supplier. I was an HVAC professional for a few years… Some of the responsibilities besides supervising our team were helping with electric furnace upgrades plus executing furnace/heater tune-ups. I had been pushing for the supplier to set up a program that included training our heating dealers plus even having them graduate. It would be an apprentice program plus needed funding. I had taken the heating company company idea to the managers but they had been dragging their feet. I assumed it was because they were also looking to emplot the best finance director. After our partner was emschemed , I had to present the same idea to her department. I explained that having our trained experts would ease the process of creating HVAC supply stores. It would also increase our ratings in providing quality heat pump service. Statistics show that most homeowner solutions that have the same program are making profits by selling their heating device such as the ductless HVAC, dual fuel systems as well as other units. The trained experts would also benefit the supplier as they would be offering servicing to device such as the ductless heat pump to deliver quality heating. After deliberating for a week, our manager called me into her office to announce that our idea was accepted. In about various months, all of us graduated our first cohort which was a success for the whole supplier.
