I just got back from the clinic for our shoulder pain. The doctor wants to send myself and others to another clinic for an MRI and I am a bit skeptical. I care about to try and heal the body naturally by myself ,if possible, because nobody knows our body better than I. I have a lot of experience repairing our body after almost 30 years of beach volleyball. Last year I dislocated our shoulder numerous times and set out to repair it myself with therapy. After about various months it was great again separate from needing surgery. The body is an amazing machine! Just care about the HVAC component in our house, if you maintain it and take care of it, the body will run at an optimal level for a long time. I keep the cooling system and furnace in our lake house tuned up respectfully and am always on top of cleaning the HEPA filter because I can see how much cleaner the air is in our lake house with our meter. My brother lives in China and he got myself and others to buy a ppm meter because the air quality there is so bad he needs to monitor it respectfully. I think much better knowing that I am breathing in wipe air in our house. I also have an HVAC zone control proposal so I can keep our energy bills down. There are various ways that toxins can enter the proposal and the less that go into your body the better. I recommend buying a ppm meter to keep tabs on the indoor air quality in your house.
