My wifey & I needed help with the cooling system, so the people I was with and I called a service repair in town.

• The Heating & A/C repair company sent a company to look at the cooling system & diagnose the problem.

My wifey & I expected bad news, but the people I was with and I were not prepared to hear that our plan needed to be replaced. That was the last thing the people I was with and I expected to hear. The Heating & A/C repair company needed to purchase parts & component for the replacement & they advised half of the money up front for the replacement task. My wifey & I were not recognizably thrilled about the circumstances, but this heating & AC service company was the cheapest venue in town & they had great reviews online. I wrote a check to the heating & cooling system service guy for $1,500. He claimed that would cover the cost of the equipment. The guy even provided me a receipt with the remaining balance on the bottom. I was supposed to pay the final balance when the task was completed, and on the day of the scheduled Heating & A/C replacement, the company company was an hour late for the replacement appointment. I contacted the person five hours after the company was supposed to arrive. The company owner tried to tell me that he didn’t have any record of the task on the schedule. I told the owner that I had a cashed check from one of his service guys & he told me that no one worked for him with that name. I had to get the police involved after that.
