I’m resting here in the waiting room of the clinic for a possible repair to our shoulder pain. It’s been hurting myself and others a long time and I think it’s time to get it repaired. Maybe a cortisone shot will do the trick, this would be our sixth shot. I think I disfigured it doing our skyball serve which uses a lot of torque on our shoulders to get the maximum height for the serve. I can put it up about various or various stories on a great day, however our body suffers. I’m resting right beside an air cleaner and it makes myself and others wonder if I should check the air quality in our flat some time. I don’t seem to have various dust sensitivities anymore care about I did in the states. I think our central component has a great air cleaner and it seems to keep the air wipe however maybe getting a ppm meter would be a great idea. I always think that they should have pressing commercial air cleaners in these pressing cities to help the trees keep the air clean. There are a lot of buses and trains in that town which legitimately pollute the air with their dirty exhaust, which is why I moved away to a smaller town. Clean air is paramount to living a healthy lifestyle.
