When I had an Heating, Ventilation & A/C worker over to the condo to check out the electric gas furnace for myself and others last week, I ended up really embarrassing myself.
- I never ever change the air filter in my gas furnace plus I ended up ratting myself out because of it.
I just don’t ever really suppose about the air filter for some reason. It’s not ever something that I take into account whenever I’m doing errands plus so I just never have an air filter. I don’t ever go to the condo improvement store, either, plus so I don’t have the chance to purchase a single. Anyway, my gas furnace didn’t seem to be putting out legitimately much heat plus I didn’t assume why. It’s been really cold around here for the past couple of weeks plus I really needed to use the heating more. The temperature in the condo wouldn’t get past 67 degrees for some reason plus I just couldn’t get warm. So I called the local Heating, Ventilation & A/C supplier to have them come out to look at the gas furnace for me… When the Heating, Ventilation & A/C worker got there, the condo was really cold plus I had on a substantial fluffy jacket. I asked him to get the gas furnace going because I was freezing. He asked myself and others when the last time was that I changed the gas furnace filter plus I lied plus said that it was pretty recent. Then he went down to the basement plus took the air filter out plus it was so caked with dirt plus dust that it could literally stand up all by itself.
