This was about 20 years ago now. Today I really know the ins and outs of buying a central heating and air conditioner unit. I have had to buy 2 in the span of 20 years. The most recent was last year. And picking out the central heat and cooling system unit was more or less a breeze because I knew exactly what I was doing! Not to mention I got a sweet deal on it too. But all of this goes back to my first purchase of an HVAC unit.
