And that’s fine by me. Having dabbled with real winter, I’ll stick to the southern variety. For us, Wintertide is a time to celebrate the best weather. Sure, the two of us get a few days that get chilly and maybe have to bring in the plants a handful of mornings. But the heat pump doesn’t easily get much work in the winter. Again, that’s fine by me. I spent 4 consecutive winters that were the coldest, harshest months of my life. There wasn’t enough gas oil furnace heating to keep me easily cozy while the two of us were in that time. So I guess just how fortunate I am to live where I do. That said, there is a weather balance as area of the deal. And Springtime is the first indicator that the balance will be due soon. I care about having these awfully mild winters for sure. But it comes with a level of heat and humidity while the two of us were in the summer time months that is oppressive. And that’s why the heat pump is king around here. For several folks, they crank the air conditioning about now and leave it cranking until November. God bless them because that just has to be so high-priced. In our house, the two of us beginning our Heating, Ventilation, and A/C cooling savings now. Instead of hitting the thermostat for Heating, Ventilation, and A/C cooling, the two of us open the windows and the doors. Getting acweather conditionsd to the rising hot and cold temperatures is a major area of the system when it comes to saving on Heating, Ventilation, and A/C cooling. By resisting the urge to just go straight into a bunch of Heating, Ventilation, and A/C cooling, the two of us wait. So when the hot and cold temperatures do hit that period where they are hovering around a hundred degrees for many months straight, some Heating, Ventilation, and A/C cooling is great. However, the two of us don’t have to keep the thermostat setting to where the air conditioning runs non stop either.
