I’m appreciative when it comes to my dentist however I honestly don’t like going to see her. The Heating, Ventilation plus A/C cooling is regularly maxed out & I just don’t like being in a space where people are sicker than I am. Plus, I’m just a bit chicken when it comes to the dentist anyway. But last winter, I finally had to go. I got like a cold around Thanksgiving. Of course, I was terrified that I had Covid but that was thankfully not the case. Still, I was stuck inside the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C heating of my home for weeks feeling like garbage. I was still working remotely so at least I didn’t have to motivate to get to the zone controlled Heating, Ventilation plus A/C of the office to work. Yet, the respiratory symptoms just wouldn’t fade away. They’d get a bit better & then wham, they’d get worse. My husband finally forced myself and others to make a dentist’s appointment. When I first saw her, I figured she’d just supply myself and others some antibiotics or some other sort of med to finally kick the head & chest cold. But the prescription I earned had nothing to do with medication. I ended up being told to call the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C business. This was the last thing I was honestly prepared to hear that morning. But when he explained, it totally made sense. She recommended that I do 2 thing when it came to the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C. First, call the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C company & get the HVAC duct cleaning & HVAC duct resealing done. Second, go to the hardware store & substitute the cheap Heating, Ventilation plus A/C air filters with a HEPA filter. My respiratory problems were due to exhausting air quality was his opinion. I’d gotten a bug but the exhausting air quality was limiting my healing.
