I seriously love the power of our central oil furnace! No joke.

• I believe that is really weird to hear, because you don’t really ever find many people that really love their Heating and Air Conditioning components, but I love to use mine, and this is why – Back when I was in university, I lived in a dorm that had the worst indoor heating and a/c.

I could live without air conditioning, because I often spent our time in stores or bars where they had a/c anyways. But heating? But I could not go without heating, and I couldn’t even go to arenas to escape the cold, because at night most arenas were closed, and night is when it is coldest; So I decided to get a portable heater, and it did pretty well. I was quite impressed with the portable furnace, however it did well enough to satisfy me; Well, I just moved into our very first solo apartment after graduation, and I was kind of expecting the same style of Heating and Air Conditioning that I had back in university. I have heard a lot of people complain about window mounted a/cs, but I was lucky. I got an apartment that had central heating, then after feeling how different a central furnace feels as compared to a portable 1, I never want to go back. Now I can believe warm all throughout our home, rather than just the single room. When I was in university, I felt limited because if I went too far away from the portable heating unit, I would start feeling the chill of the cold. With our central Heating and Air Conditioning system, that is no longer a major issue. No matter where I go I am warm.
