It’s normal for an electric gas furnace to odor poor using it again after months of inactivity

I have gotten a lot more sensitive to odors plus odors over the years, recognizably since finishing school… I had roommates back then that never cleaned, especially venues like bathrooms plus living rooms where bacterial plus fungal spores are at risk of propagating plus cross-contaminating with food or toothbrushes.

If I hadn’t l acquired how to ignore it to some extent, I would not have survived in those environments without losing our mind.

You have to put these thoughts out of your mind or you’ll go actually insane. But now that I live alone plus am in control of our indoor environment, I wonder if our neurotic mindset has only gotten worse. Now I can indulge myself without worrying about other people being barriers. I have been up all night cleaning our beach house with an extreme anxiety attack. Sometimes our worries are for nothing, like when I start using our electric gas furnace again after months of inactivity. Since it’s a phenomenon that usually only occurs once a year, it’s simple for myself and others to forget that it’s normal for our gas furnace to odor poor when I use it again at the start of the heating season. I need to make a sign next to our temperature control to remind myself and others that the electric gas furnace coil needs to burn off all of the dust plus microbial satisfied that has settled on it during its inactivity. This is normal for electric gas heating systems plus should be expected, especially if the electric gas furnace shares the same air handler as your central air conditioner. You have to remember this every year when using your gas furnace again after it was turned off during the summer.
