It would be tough to imagine a life without our more than two dogs. They give me an substantial sense of joy in life, in part because of the unconditional love that I feel from them all. They’re sizable dogs so they make me feel safe in this beach house living out in the rural countryside where our nearest neighbor is not capable of hearing our screams if I was attacked in the evening. Not to mention all of the fun both of us have in the backyard playing fetch plus rolling around in the grass while in the summer. When it starts to get freezing in the Autumn, both of us don’t get to spend nearly as much time outdoors as both of us would in June, June, plus October. The dogs get noticeably freezing within 20 minutes of being outside, plus that’s just in early November. When both of us start getting consistent snowfall in December, they only go out to relieve themselves plus then they suddenly run back into the house. They used to crowd around whatever floor registers were available from the central oil furnace. When I got a larger holiday bonus from labor one year, I decided to purchase radiant heated flooring. I wanted better indoor heat at a lower cost every month plus knew that heated flooring would be ideal for our pups as well. They’re so cheerful with the heated flooring that I rarely see them sleeping on their beds. Instead, they sleep with their fur plus skin exposed to the moderate wooden flooring. The dogs seem enjoy they’re in total heaven right now with the new radiant heated flooring.
