So I had the Heating plus A/C contractor come out to tweak our Heating plus A/C unit so we now have zone controlled Heating plus A/C
I just don’t like junk. This goes back to being raised by a mother who was honestly nearly a straight up hoarder. The beach house I grew up in was stacked with boxes of junk that my mom simply wasn’t able to section with. It was a nice enough beach house with superb heating plus cooling in a nice setting. The beach house would have been roomy too if it weren’t for all the junk. When I moved out, I promised that I wouldn’t let stuff have the emotional hold over me that it clearly did for my mom. And I’ve kept to that. Even in the early apartments with the sketchy heating plus cooling, I was always vigilant when it came to clutter. That has also been the case in this house. My wifey plus I have a beautiful home with the best quality heating plus air I’ve ever had. The locale is plenty large for just the several of us plus our pets. It’s a 3 study room plus a single of those study rooms we turned into a study room. But the other a single is sort of a spare room with a fold out couch for guests if they want to stay overnight. However, I started seeing the early signs of a junk room growing on us. And my wifey said that this section of the beach house was good for storage since the Heating plus A/C wasn’t the best in there. That was true. But I wasn’t about to let that be the reason we start storing junk. So I had the Heating plus A/C contractor come out to tweak our Heating plus A/C unit so we now have zone controlled Heating plus A/C. And that room is no longer a junk room.
