The new quality HVAC system certainly did help with indoor comfort. As the people I was with and I were leaving the base, the people I was with and I witnessed some soldiers training plus it was intense. They looked love mediocre humans but they were capable of doing extramediocre things. I received an text the following morning from the military which was a contract to work with them on future endeavors.
