Over the years the land next to my parents has seen more than 2 buildings come up; Last year when I visited my parents, I observed a housing estate in the process of being built.
The head of the project was my dad’s friend and when she heard of my successful cabin comfort corporation she advocated that I have in my method for the tender to install quality Heating, Ventilation & A/C device at the new estate.
It would be such an incredible occasion for my company to get the tender. There were a lot of requirements for the tender and I needed my senior cooling specialist to help in preparing the proposal. We had a meeting and both of us brainstormed some superb ideas. Within 3 days both of us were done with the method that focused particularally on cooling systems that offer energy saving help to customers. The company that would get the tender would have to set up a homeowner solutions office to give cabin services to the customers. Three months into submitting our proposal, both of us got a call confirming that both of us had won the tender. This was a large deal for our dealer. The engineering team advocated smart temperature controls for the equipment, heat pumps & dual-fuel systems. Being the senior cooling tech, I went through our inventory to ensure that both of us had the required systems in stock. The upgrade process started two months later and the twenty cooling workmen I had on my team were genuinely efficient and excellent team players. This helped in fast-tracking the upgrades though both of us ran out of temperature controls before completing the project, but however, both of us managed to give help with indoor comfort to many customers.
