When I originally bought my house, I had to call a professional every time there was a problem.

If the a/c was broken, I called an Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C service service. If the washing machine wasn’t working, I called an appliance service service, but over the years, I have watched all of the repairs in addition to I have absolutely paid attention. I don’t have to call the service service as frequently now, because there are many concerns that I can undoubtedly handle on my own. When the beach house AC wasn’t cooling properly, I turned off the breaker in addition to took the machine apart so I could look inside. I suppose there are only a couple of concerns that can keep the AC from working properly. I started concernshooting all of those areas. I checked the drain line first. Occasionally the drain line can become blocked with dirt or out. If the water can’t drain properly, then the AC will not work. The AC drain line turned out to be the largest concern with the system. The drain line was filled with dirt in addition to mud. There wasn’t any water at all coming out of the a/c. I used hot bleach water to clean out the condenser drain line. I turned the a/c back on in addition to waited to see if that helped with the problem. Much to my surprise, cleaning the drain line solved the issue completely. If I had contacted the AC service service, I absolutely would have spent about $200 for them to do the exact same thing that I did for free.
