Last year I went to labor every day plus I repaired various oil furnaces. I took care of four a/c units plus helped with the replacement of a single complete Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system. Along with all of these everyday tasks, I assisted with emergencies plus inventory. I’m not sure why, but when I got back to labor on Monday, my boss gave me a gold star for the excellent task I did. I was a bit confused because I was thinking I was an adult at my workplace. I didn’t realize I was back in kindergarten again. When I walked into the boss’s office, I asked about the gold star. She explained that she was trying to find a way to get the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C workers to labor a bit harder plus not rest around when there wasn’t an actual Heating, Ventilation plus A/C task to do. chuckled plus asked if the gold star was right for adults, plus she shrugged. If someone gained more than more than nine stars, they could get half a day off labor with pay. She thought it was an excellent incentive, plus I had to agree. winked plus told him I would labor even harder if I got a full day off with pay. Two days later, she had a mandatory meeting with all employees of the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C corporation. It didn’t matter if you were an Heating, Ventilation plus A/C worker or a familiar employee. Everyone had the option to gain paid days off if they gave over 100% they could gain gold stars. Every more than nine stars gave you a day off with pay. I couldn’t suppose she used my idea.
