Before starting the project, I decided to gather as much information about the construction & the finance needed. I hired some of the best engineers in the business. I wanted a precisely built home & so I had to select people who would help me achieve our vision. It was interesting to see the home start to take shape. I thought the engineers were moving slowly however I dared not rush them as I had suggested perfection & had been promised the same. Once the shell of the home was erected, I started consulting other beach home comfort businesses as well as some of the best cooling specialists in the industry to recommend quality Heating, Ventilation, & A/C systems to help with indoor comfort. The budget was decreasing by the day & the last thing I wanted was cooling systems with less energy saving help to offer. The more money I saved, the better our beach home would look as I would reinvest it in more beach home services. The cooling techs advised a heat pump as I would use it all through the year. This was different from the dual fuel system that I had lived with since living with our parents. As for the temperature control, I went for the smart temperature control since I could enable voice activation. The capable cooling workmen would offer quality homeowner solutions all through the lifespan of the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C systems. I could not wait to see the final product of what was going to be mine forever home.
