My boss hired a current girl to labor at the heating and a/c system repair shop.

Summer is right around the corner. My co-workers and I do not want to labor every single weekend, so both of us urged the boss to hire a couple of current women to labor on the weekends. It was strenuous to find someone that was willing to labor every weekend. The boss hired more than one current women to join the business. I am not genuinely impressed with either a single of the candidates. I worked with a single of the current women on Sunday. The more than one of us went downtown to help with a commercial boiler repair. The current girl didn’t know anything at all about the commercial boiler. She looked genuinely lost. When I came back to the workshop, I pulled my boss aside to talk about the employee. My boss claimed that the girl had more than two years of commercial Heating and Cooling experience, despite the fact that I didn’t suppose that was true. That girl didn’t seem genuinely comprehensionable at all. With 3 years of experience in commercial heating applications, the girl should have been ready to go when the boiler repair was presented to us. Instead, she didn’t know where to begin. The current girl is going to need a lot of training before she can handle repair calls on her own without another employee to help. I honestly wish my boss would have called the jobs and references on the guy’s application.
