I do not like to supply disappointing news, however it is an unfortunate area of our job. Most of the time, I have to supply disappointing news to patrons. That is a single unfortunate area of toiling in a service service. If I can’t service that machine, it’s going to be actually high-priced to upgrade it, then last Monday, I was toiling with a customer downtown. SheI was hopeful that I would be able to service the oil furnace, however things didn’t look great from the start. I warned the customer that she was legitimately going to need to upgrade the entire oil furnace. I guess she was hopeful that I was wrong. She seemed surprised plus actually sad when I provided her the disappointing news. She was even more sad when I told her how much it was going to cost to upgrade the oil furnace. The lady started crying plus I did not guess what to do. It was the first time a customer ever started crying when I provided them disappointing news. I felt awful, however there was nothing that I could do to help solve the problem. That lady did not choose to upgrade the oil furnace at that time. I guess she needed some time to digest all of the information. Just a handful of days later, the same lady called to schedule an appointment for the oil furnace installation. She asked for myself and others by name. I thought she was sad with myself and others after I provided her the disappointing news, although she wanted myself and others to be the person to install the machine. I was blissful to supply those services.
