I’m not going to replace the AC until after the Summer season is over, because I know the Summer rates are a lot higher than the off-season prices
You can tell that it’s summer, because the temperatures are incredibly hot and humid. Summer and this part of the country last a lot longer than 3 months. It starts to get honestly hot during the day in the beginning of March. It doesn’t cool down until November. I know the hurricane season lasts until November. That’s because the water is easily warm off the coast. The temperatures and the water are warm and that makes for a easily deadly combination. This month I’ve had to use the a/c all day and all night. I had a tune-up at the beginning of the Summer season, but I already had to call for a repair as well. The a/c is 6 years seasoned and it isn’tas energy-efficient as it was when it was brand new. I noticed some complications with the a/c and I busy a tune-up. When the same complications were occurring again, I contacted the repair service. That was 2 weeks ago. The people I was with and I still have at least another month or multiple before I can even begin to know about turning off the a/c during the day. I’m not sure the method is going to make it that long, but I have my fingers crossed. I’m not going to replace the AC until after the Summer season is over, because I know the Summer rates are a lot higher than the off-season prices. I honestly hope that the AC will last as long as possible. It would be good to have a few months to save for the purchase, and after that I could have the current equipment installed during winter.
