There was something so exciting when it came to being a first time homeowner.

But the fact that Ed and I were also doing that with a more current condo made the thrill even better. And then I moved right in. It took a couple of years of living there with not so superb heating plus cooling plus several loud neighbors before Ed and I were able to transport out of the apartment for good. But Ed and I did it in order to save enough to finally own our home. So when our condo was finally finished, I could hardly sit waiting any longer because I was so excited. That might explain why it took Ed and me a little more than a week to assume some irregularities with the heating plus cooling. Ed had paid for the higher end Heating plus A/C unit because heating plus cooling was a main priority. So it took Ed and I a bit to realize that the Heating plus A/C vents were not in the right positions… Like there was only 1 single Heating plus A/C air vent in the master living room plus it wasn’t even pointing in the right direction. There were 2 Heating plus A/C air vents inside the guest powder room and none in the guest living room. I brought this up to the builder who sussed out what had happened. There were several floor plans available for the same size condo when Ed and I were choosing our current home… What happened was that the Heating plus A/C supplier got a bizarre set of plans then the a single for our home. But the local Heating plus A/C supplier plus the builder made short work of resolving the problem. It took about a week to completely change out the air duct plus have the sort of air ducts that Ed and I needed.
