I don’t really nearly as often as I used to, but when I did, I really enjoyed it. I would spend countless nights with my nose in the books, and I could easily finish a chapter book of 400 pages within a day. However, as time went on I found myself prioritizing other activities over reading. With that being said, I still enjoy a good book every now and then. And honestly if I had more time I would probably read a lot more. But because I still like to read a book on occasion, I like to go to the library and check out a book or two. I could always buy the book or read online, but the familiarity and nostalgic feeling a library gives you is what keeps me checking out books there. Anyways, I checked out a couple of books yesterday, and I got an email saying they were ready today. I drove down to the library and got my books, only to realize they were the wrong books. One was a science fiction novel and the other was a heating and cooling guide. I didn’t check out these two books, and when I went to the librarian and told her of the issue, she told me there was a mix up. Apparently someone with the same first and last name as me was also checking out books. While she went off to get my books, I flipped through the pages of the HVAC book. The heating and A/C guide showed some detailed illustrations of a HVAC machine, and what the internal components looked like. There were also some energy savings tips, and different HVAC equipment shown. It was actually pretty fascinating, I was somewhat disappointed to return that book, and I might check it out in the future.
