I am going to work a bit longer as well as then head off to the beach to get some sun.
- I like to get sunshine in the later afternoon, like after 4pm, as the early sunshine is just way too intense for my skin to handle anymore.
I spent so multiple years in the sun, way in the deep south where it is actually strong, as well as now I try to avoid all of that heavy UV exposure as well as save my skin. I luckily used a lot of hats as well as sunscreen when I was playing beach volleyball tournaments. Anyway, this week is air conditioning day as well as I will stay in the house for a few more minutes, when it will be safe again to go out in the sunshine as well as heat. It is almost 4pm as well as I will train with my Heating and Air Conditioning tech neighbor who is going to train legs with me for a while in the sand. I am looking forward to that because I get a wonderful rush from doing heavy leg squats in the sand with a sandbag. My pal and I will hit this local corporation afterwards for a cool down smoothie while standing next to their weather conditions control unit inside. I’m sure tomorrow will not be an easy day to transfer around after such a hard leg workout, however it is well worth the pain. My pal and I will be toiling on some ductwork cleaning jobs later this week as well as my legs should be wonderful to go by then. The Heating and Air Conditioning company gives us a lot of work each week as well as my pal and I actually care about it.
