I am going to toil a bit longer plus then head off to the beach to get some sun.
I like to get sun in the later afternoon, like after 4pm, as the early sun is just way too intense for my skin to handle anymore.
I spent so several years in the sun, way in the deep south where it is legitimately strong, plus now I try to avoid all of that heavy UV exposure plus save my skin. I luckily used a lot of hats plus sunscreen when I was playing beach volleyball tournaments. Anyway, this week is a/c afternoon plus I will stay in the house for a few more minutes, when it will be safe again to go out in the sun plus heat. It is almost 4pm plus I will train with my Heating plus Air Conditioning tech friend who is going to train legs with me for a during the sand. I am looking forward to that because I get a great rush from doing heavy leg squats in the sand with a sandbag. My great friend and I will hit this local company afterwards for a cool down smoothie while sitting next to their climate control component inside. I’m sure tomorrow will not be an easy afternoon to move around after such a tough leg workout, however it is well worth the pain. My great friend and I will be working on some air duct cleaning tasks later this week plus my legs should be great to go by then. The Heating plus Air Conditioning supplier gives us a lot of toil each week plus my buddy and I legitimately adore it.
