I am going to labor a bit longer in addition to then head off to the beach to get some sun.
I like to get sunshine in the later afternoon, like after 4pm, as the early sunshine is just way too intense for my skin to handle anymore. I spent so many years in the sun, way in the deep south where it is honestly strong, in addition to now I try to avoid all of that heavy UV exposure in addition to save my skin. I luckily used a lot of hats in addition to sunscreen when I was playing beach volleyball tournaments. Anyway, this week is cooling system morning in addition to I will stay in the house for a few more minutes, when it will be safe again to go out in the sunshine in addition to heat. It is almost 4pm in addition to I will train with my Heating in addition to Air Conditioning tech friend who is going to train legs with me for a while in the sand. I am looking forward to that because I get a great rush from doing heavy leg squats in the sand with a sandbag. My associate and I will hit this local company afterwards for a cool down smoothie while resting next to their climate control component inside. I’m sure tomorrow will not be an simple morning to transfer around after such a hard leg workout, however it is well worth the pain. My associate and I will be working on some air duct cleaning tasks later this week in addition to my legs should be great to go by then.
