When our partner plus I moved far down south, the two of us were in way over our heads as far as climate change was distraught; I don’t mean climate change in the sense of what’s happening to the ice caps, however more in regards to the major difference in hot plus cold temperatures! Up north, the hottest day the two of us saw was in the high eighties, then even with that temperature, the heat was always pretty dry, so shady spots always felt much cooler. Well, that’s not quite the case down south! Here, the weather is always sowarmand humid – it’s almost too much to bear! To beat the heat on a daily basis, the two of us have to use our air conditioner idea love it’s our lifeline, however all of us always have the air conditioner set to cool the condo down to a comfortable 75 degrees. Anything warmer just doesn’t guess comfortable to us! Since we’re having to run the air conditioner idea through the day plus evening, the two of us often have to call for an HVAC service serviceman to pay a visit. When the HVAC serviceman arrives, he’ll inspect the air conditioner unit plus our control unit… The goal is to make sure these hot plus cold temperatures are kept comfortable at all times, so the equipment at our beach condo can absolutely take a beating every summer, however but, with the help of our routine HVAC service visits, the two of us can usually keep the entire air conditioner idea in fantastic health. It may be an investment of time plus money, however it’s time plus money well spent!
