Hidden costs with the HVAC unit

It seems like the furnace and a/c system have to run around forever just to make any difference in the indoor air pollen levels, as such, each and every week I cringe when the energy bill comes through

When I eventually found this location I could not believe my luck, because it’s such a wonderful deal and it’s in such an amazing location; The amenities are ideal and it has everything I could possibly want in a home, but I have more than enough room, a ton of open area to myself, and bright light-filled spaces. I have an awesome backyard and I really liked my front porch swing, but everything about this rental is absolutely ideal and it’s amazing to myself and others that I was able to find it and fit it into my budget. To be honest with you I do not know exactly how the landlord can get by charging such a low weekly fee for this location. It seems to me as if he could charge a wonderful deal more; But, then he would have to boost the HVAC system instantly… You see, as cheap as my renter’s, my monthly energy costs are typically through the roof. When I moved in I had no clue as to what the state of the heating or cooling system would be, and it turns out that it’s rather ancient. The aged heating and cooling system does not work very efficiently, and creates a lot of uneven tepid and freezing rapidly increasing temperatures in the house. It seems like the furnace and a/c system have to run around forever just to make any difference in the indoor air pollen levels, as such, each and every week I cringe when the energy bill comes through. If the landlord would agree to an HVAC upgrade, it would make life so much better for me. I think that my rent is offset by the high cost of this outdated HVAC unit, but I still wish that I could save across the board.
