With COVID-19 being a problem I had to close down the storefront for my HVAC business.
I kind of thought I was just screwed.
Who would want to hire out for HVAC services during a time of social distancing? I then saw online that a lot of other HVAC companies were still in business and promoting their business. They were letting customers know about their safe business practices and still getting calls. I didn’t even have a website, social media account or anything like that. Recently I called an SEO business to help me out with this. I immediately heard back from the people and got a web design. The SEO analyst then talked about getting me on twitter, facebook and google. After all that was done, the SEO team worked to get my company name out there. My workers are actually being safe when entering people’s homes. We have sanitation equipment, hand washing stations and we are cleaning the equipment after it is installed. The SEO company has been flaunting that all over the internet. Due to this, I have been getting enough calls to keep my workers on. There is no need for the store even to be open. Everything a person could want to know about us is all online now. I think even after the virus scare I might just use my building as a storage facility. The website and social media platforms seem to be doing the job right! Their services are so much cheaper than keeping a store operational for customers to walk into.
