I need chilly air if I want a great evening’s sleep.

It is one of the numerous requirements that I need in order for a great evening’s rest.

I have struggled with insomnia for most of our life, and the frustrating thing is, it’s not so much the issue of falling asleep, it’s more of making sure everything is perfect in our environment so I can finally fall asleep. If even the slightest thing is off, sleeping is a eveningmare for me. Endless tossing and turning all throughout the evening. One of the most important things I need is chilly air… Usually I have a fan in our room to not only give a cooling breeze, but to supply noise. But the fan is utterly useless if the a/c plan doesn’t work in our home. Without the system, the fan will only blow tepid air. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device broke down a few days ago, and even though I instantly called a Heating, Ventilation, and A/C dealer afterwards, they were tied up and I would have to wait a week for our appointment. I am only on evening 3 and I don’t think how I am going to last. I still have numerous more days to go, and I can just tell that I am not going to get any sleep during this time. I tried contacting our independent Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business who is a neighbor of mine, but she was tied up too! It is poor enough to consider staying anywhere else if it means getting chilly a/c. But I will most likely just wait.
