The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier forgot our appointment

I was a bit irritated with the local supplier.

  • I think they are going through a massive change right now, and maybe that is why they are so disorganized, but they still need to take care of their customers.

What happened was, I am busy for their Heating, Ventilation, and A/C service plan, and so every year I get a reminder to schedule for Heating, Ventilation, and A/C service for free as part of their service plan. However, I didn’t get the reminder this time, but thankfully I remembered anyway. When I went to call them, it took like 3 weird calls before someone finally picked up. I busy our appointment for Monday at 10:30 am. However, the lady didn’t inform myself and others that that spot was already taken and so the appointment time changed to a time when I wasn’t available. I then had to call back and reschedule. Then they forgot about our new appointment, and once again I had to call again. I was getting pretty irritated. To their credit, they did give myself and others another 6 months of free Heating, Ventilation, and A/C service, but it is still aggravating that they forgot so numerous times. I am pretty sure they are so disorganized because their Heating, Ventilation, and A/C dealer is going through a massive change, not only are there new owners, but they are expanding their dealer to weird locations. That is the only reason why I can guess of them being this disorganized. Because I have used them numerous times in the past without issue. Hopefully once they get everything settled they will return back to normal.
